  Chandigarh, April 22, 2025: Punjab Police has successfully busted international arms smuggling racket and has arrested one person with illegal arms and ammunition.
  
  This was disclosed by DGP Gaurav Yadav in a tweet.

  Acting on a specific tip-off, Counter Intelligence Amritsar successfully uncovered an illegal weapon smuggling module with links extending to the United States and apprehends Gurwinder Singh @ Guri from Ludhiana and recovers 5 illegal pistols from his possession.
