Joint firing exercise strengthens Civil-Military coordination
Ferozepur, July 14, 2025: In a significant display of joint preparedness, the Golden Arrow Division of the Indian Army, in collaboration with the Border Security Force (BSF), Punjab Police, and Citizen Warriors, successfully conducted a joint firing exercise near the Indo-Pak border.
This exercise aimed to enhance synergy among security forces and boost civil-military cooperation necessary to tackle emerging challenges in the sensitive border region. The joint drills focused on improving rapid response capabilities, coordination, and operational readiness during critical situations.
Officials highlighted that such initiatives strengthen trust and cooperation between the armed forces, state police, and civilian volunteers, ensuring a unified approach to national security.
The exercise reflected the Indian Army’s commitment to the spirit of One Team, One Mission, reaffirming their readiness to defend Punjab and the nation in all circumstances.
