CGC Landran’s CEC and CBSA rated by QS I-GAUGE and Awarded Institution of Happiness Recognition 2025-26

Chandigarh, December 16, 2025: CGC Landran participated in the QS I-GAUGE Institution of Happiness 2025-26 Conclave held in New Delhi, on the theme ‘Re-envisioning Well-being in Indian Higher Education through People-First Campuses,’ which brought together higher education leaders and institutional stakeholders from across India.
Two constituent institutions of CGC Landran namely, Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC) and Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), were independently rated under the QS I-GAUGE Institution of Happiness framework and awarded the Institution of Happiness recognition for the 2025-26 cycle, at the conclave. Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Campus Director, CGC Landran, Prof. Sachin Majithia and Dr. Ramandeep Saini, Director Principal CBSA represented the institutions at the event.
The QS I-GAUGE Institution of Happiness assessment is informed by feedback collected from more than 5,00,000 stakeholders nationwide and evaluates institutions across multiple parameters, including campus well-being, inclusivity, academic support and institutional culture.
The structured outcomes of the evaluation provide institutions with actionable insights to strengthen engagement, support systems, and campus practices for students and staff.
Commenting on the recognition, Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Campus Director, CGC Landran, stated, “The QS I-GAUGE Institution of Happiness rating reflects the role of well-being as an integral component of institutional quality.
