Kharar Election Results: AAP scores double victory in Siunk and Badi Karoran

Kharar (Punjab), December 17, 2025: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) received a major boost during the ongoing vote counting in Kharar, registering emphatic victories in two key zones—Siunk and Badi Karoran. Candidates from the Shiromani Akali Dal and the Congress were defeated in both constituencies.
The results for the Siunk Zone have been declared, where AAP candidate Jaspal Kaur emerged victorious.
According to official figures, Jaspal Kaur secured 568 votes, defeating her closest rival, Sukhwinder Kaur of the Shiromani Akali Dal, who polled 492 votes. Congress candidate Rani Kaur finished third with 292 votes.
Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party also recorded a decisive win in the Badi Karoran Zone. AAP candidate Paramjit Singh registered a one-sided victory, winning by a massive margin of 932 votes. In this contest, Hans Raj of the Shiromani Akali Dal secured 911 votes, while Amrik Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party received 168 votes.
With these back-to-back victories, the Aam Aadmi Party has further consolidated its stronghold in the Kharar region.
