Trident Group hosts ‘Hastkala 2025’ Exhibition to promote Waste-to-Wealth, Women Empowerment

Chandigarh, December 18, 2025: Reaffirming its commitment to sustainability, inclusive growth and women’s empowerment, Trident Group, under the guidance of its Chairman Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta and Chief CSR Mrs. Madhu Gupta, organised a handicraft exhibition titled “Hastkala 2025: Waste to Wealth” through the Trident Humanity Foundation at its Budhni Plant.
The exhibition showcased the concept of “Trash to Treasure”, highlighting the transformation of discarded materials into functional and artistic products. Aimed at promoting environmental responsibility, creativity and innovation, the initiative received an encouraging response from institutions and community groups.
More than 40 women artisans participated in the exhibition, displaying a wide range of handcrafted items made from recycled and waste materials.
The event provided a platform for women to showcase their skills, generate livelihood opportunities and contribute to sustainable practices, reflecting Trident Group’s broader vision of responsible industrial growth and social empowerment.
