  Chandigarh, May 8, 2026: Punjab and Haryana High Court today gave a big relief to Trident Group owner Rajinder Gupta when the court barred Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) from acting against Trident Group. High Court made it clear that it will be necessary for PPCB to issue 30 day prior notice to the company before acting against it.
  
  Court also told the company to approach NGT in case of any problem is faced from PPCB.
