Breaking: Sanjeev Arora’s plea against ED arrest: HC bench recuses itself

Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday heard a petition filed by Punjab Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora challenging the Enforcement Directorate’s remand order and his arrest in the case.
As reported by Daily Post News, during the hearing, the bench headed by the Acting Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court recused itself from hearing the matter.
Following the recusal, the case will now be placed before another bench for further hearing. The matter concerns Arora’s challenge to the ED remand order as well as the legality of his arrest.
