20,000 youth, athletes join Youth Run Punjab 2026 in Bathinda against drug abuse: AAP

Bathinda (Punjab), September 13, 2026: Around 20,000 youth and athletes participated in the Youth Run Punjab 2026 in Bathinda, joining a campaign against drug abuse and promoting sports, fitness and a drug-free future, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab said.
The event was organised under the Mann government’s ‘Yudh Nashe Virudh’ campaign and witnessed a large turnout of young participants, according to AAP Punjab.
The party said the run brought together nearly 20,000 people with a common message against drugs and encouraged participants to spread awareness about the menace in their communities.
AAP Punjab described the event as a strong expression of young Punjabis choosing sports and fitness over drugs and supporting efforts to build a drug-free Punjab.
