CGC University Mohali launches ‘MBA Plus’ program
Industry Experts to Directly Mentor Students

Mohali (Punjab), March 20, 2026: CGC University, Mohali, has launched a special ‘MBA Plus’ program, keeping in mind the evolving needs of the industry. The program was officially unveiled in the presence of distinguished personalities from the corporate sector. This innovative initiative aims to go beyond traditional classroom learning by connecting students with real-world corporate experiences and challenges.
The event was presided over by the Founder Chancellor of CGC University, Mr. Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal.
He was joined by Managing Director Mr. Arsh Dhaliwal, EVP Dr. Sushil Parashar, and CEO of HR Success Talk, Mr. Govind Negi.
A key highlight of the program is that during the two-year course, each student will be mentored by four different industry leaders. In every semester, one expert will guide a group of 15 students.
Additionally, students will gain hands-on exposure through corporate boardroom discussions, strategic simulations, and live case studies, enhancing their decision-making skills.
They will also work directly on real business challenges such as market expansion, financial analysis, and technological transformation.
Furthermore, students will be engaged in major corporate projects and consulting assignments during their academic journey.
Speaking on the occasion, Chancellor Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal stated that modern education must prepare youth for complex organizational environments. Managing Director Arsh Dhaliwal emphasized that ‘MBA Plus’ is designed to create meaningful interaction between experienced professionals and emerging managers.
Dr. Sushil Parashar and Mr. Govind Negi also described the program as a perfect blend of academic and practical knowledge, highlighting its importance for students’ future. With this launch, CGC University has set a new benchmark in the field of management education.
