Dal Khalsa founder Gajinder Singh Khalsa passes away in Pakistan; last prayer on July 13

Amritsar, July 5, 2024- Confirming the news spread about the death of Gajinder Singh, the founder and patron of Dal Khalsa, the entire leadership of Dal Khalsa paid tribute to him at the party office.
Addressing the press, Kanwarpal Singh, Paramjit Singh Mand, Harcharanjit. Singh Dhami and Jasveer Singh Khandur said that Sardar Gajinder Singh breathed his last on July 3 and was cremated on July 4 in the evening at the Nankana Sahib crematorium in the presence of his daughter.
He said that indulgences will be found by the committees of different Gurdwara Sahibs in the name of Bhai Gajinder Singh Ji. He said that in Punjab too Dal Khalsa under the auspices of Akal Takht Sahib will meet on July 13 at 08 am at Gurdwara Shaheed Baba Gurbaks Singh (Darbar Sahib) associated with Akal Takht.
Speaking about Bhai Gajinder, he said that he devoted his entire life to the Sikh struggle, out of which he spent 14 years in prison and 29 years in exile, and till his last breath, he remained adamant, fighting and untainted towards the struggle.

Bhai Gajinder Singh Ji was also a revolutionary poet and writer, his 9 books have been published so far which include Panj Tir Hor, Lakir, Will, Gangu Di Rooh.
