ED conducts probe at TDI Infratech Ltd till late night

Mohali, September 29, 2026: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) yesteday raided the office of real estate developer TDI Infratech Ltd in connection with alleged irregularities in land compensation for the PR-6 road project.
The PR-6 road is a planned 200-foot-wide arterial road in Mohali which aims to connect Sector 117 on Airport Road with the Banur-Landran road.
ED team comprising of 15 members had arrived at Sector 119 office of the firm in the morning and searches continued till late in the night.
ED it probing alleged excess payments of around Rs. 6 crore through land transfers to relatives after the acquisition process began. It is also seen as case of Change of Land Use (CLU) like some other cases.
