  It has been confirmed that his condition is improving, with his pulse rate showing positive progress. Medical teams at Fortis Hospital continue to closely monitor him.
  
  Meanwhile, AAP Punjab in-charge Manish Sisodia is on his way to Fortis Hospital to meet the Chief Minister.
