MP Sanjeev Arora draws overwhelming public support during Padyatras

Ludhiana (Punjab), June 4, 2025: Further intensifying his election campaign, Rajya Sabha MP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for the Ludhiana (West) Assembly constituency, Sanjeev Arora, led two spirited padyatras across various areas of municipal wards 53 and 71 on Tuesday evening.
The padayatra witnessed enthusiastic participation from party leaders, workers, and volunteers, all waving AAP flags and chanting slogans like “Aam Aadmi Party Zindabad” and “Sanjeev Arora Zindabad,” creating a vibrant atmosphere on the streets.

The first padyatra began at Mall Enclave and concluded near Likhi Hospital, while the second started from Krishna Mandir and ended near Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh.
Along both routes, local residents extended a warm welcome to Arora, showering him with flower petals and garlanding him as a mark of respect and support.
Prominent AAP leaders such as MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu, Senior deputy mayor Rakesh Parashar, Manu Jairath, and Gurkaran Singh Tinna accompanied Arora, adding momentum to the campaign. Arora’s wife Sandhya Arora was also seen accompanying him.
The padyatras were marked by energetic public interaction, with Arora personally stepping into shops, small businesses, and homes to seek blessings and support.
At many locations, onlookers cheered him from rooftops, while some residents greeted the procession with sweets, highlighting the wave of public goodwill.
Arora promised transparent governance and all-round development if elected, reinforcing AAP’s commitment to clean politics and grassroots connection.His approachable demeanor and direct outreach added a personal touch to the campaign, resonating strongly with the electorate.
Similar padyatras were carried out in areas falling under municipal wards 56 and 60 on Monday evening. As such these padyatras are further expanding the campaign’s reach and visibility in the constituency.
