Punjab Government Extends APAR Submission Deadlines for 2024–25

Chandigarh, June 30, 2025 – The Punjab Government has extended the deadlines for the submission of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the year 2024–25 for Group A, B, and C officers/employees working under the Government of Punjab.
According to the order issued by the Department of Personnel (Personnel-I Branch), the revised schedule for various stages of the APAR process is as follows:

The order further mentions that no excuse for delay will be entertained after the extended dates, and the process will be deemed incomplete if timelines are not met.
The instructions have been sent to all administrative departments, divisional commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, heads of departments, and boards/corporations across Punjab for compliance.
