Punjab Vigilance officer's daughter & MP Raghav Chadha honored in UK House

Chandigarh, January 27, 2023: Punjab Member of Parliament Raghav Chadha and Accessibility Right Activist Pratishtha Deveshwar has been honored in the UK house.
Interestingly, Pratishtha Deveshwar hails from Hoshiarpur and is the daughter of Punjab Vigilance Bureau DSP Munish Sharma. . She is first girl wheelchair user from India to be joining Oxford for a Master’s programme.
UK Government has selected 75 Alumni from India ( as India has completed 75 years of independence) who studied in UK universities and are doing good in their fields.
"I am beyond honored to share that I have been awarded the highest accolade a young person can achieve for social action - The Diana Award, which is established to continue the legacy of Princess Diana. I am supremely grateful that my work is recognized by @DianaAward," tweeted Pratishtha Deveshwar.
