In a major political development prominent social worker, businessman, and Tubewell Engineer Gurdarshan Singh Saini from Derabassi formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday.
The induction ceremony was held at a grand event organized at a palace in Derabassi, witnessing the presence of senior BJP leadership, including Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Rajya Sabha MP Satnam Singh Sandhu, and former Union Minister and MP Preneet Kaur.
The event drew a large crowd of enthusiastic supporters and BJP workers, highlighting the growing political momentum for the party in the region.
Gurdarshan Singh Saini, who was previously associated with the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), is a well-known figure in Derabassi for his contributions to community welfare and development initiatives.
