Chandigarh, June 24, 2025:Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday confirmed that a cabinet expansion is set to take place within the next two to four days.
The announcement came during a press briefing following his meeting with Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria at Raj Bhavan.The development holds significance in light of the recent Ludhiana West by-election, where Aam Aadmi Party candidate Sanjeev Arora secured a convincing victory.
During the campaign, the party had promised that if Arora won, he would be inducted into the state cabinet—a move expected to be fulfilled in the upcoming expansion.
