  Chandigarh, July 22, 2025: In a major development concerning Member of Parliament Amritpal Singh, his legal team has announced plans to approach the Supreme Court regarding his detention under the National Security Act (NSA).Advocate Imaan Singh Khara, representing Amritpal, stated that a petition will be filed in the apex court next week challenging the NSA charges.Currently, Amritpal Singh remains lodged in a jail in Assam.
