Chandigarh, October 21, 2025: The Punjab State IAS Officers’ Association on Tuesday announced a contribution of Rs 5 lakh to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s Mission Chardi Kala to support flood-affected families across the state. A delegation of the Association called on the Chief Minister and conveyed that members are observing a simple Diwali this year and will channel their festive outlay toward the relief and rehabilitation initiative.
