5,587 patients benefited in 11 AYUSH Medical Camps in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, February 14, 2026: The 11th AYUSH Medical Camp was organised at Badhni Jamel Singh under the guidance of Director Ayurveda Dr Raman Khanna, District Ayurvedic & Unani Officer Dr Rupinderdeep Kaur Gill, and District Homoeopathic Officer Dr Rupinder Kaur.
The camp was inaugurated by the village Sarpanch Diljot Kaur, daughter of Dr Jarnail Singh, while Gurbej Singh extended full cooperation on the occasion.
District Homoeopathic Officer Dr Rupinder Kaur informed that 488 patients were examined during the camp. Free sugar tests were conducted, and medicines were distributed free of cost. She further stated that the AYUSH Department is organising 15 AYUSH medical camps, out of which 11 camps have been held so far, benefiting a total of 5,587 patients through free check-ups and medicines.
During the camp, services were rendered by the Ayurvedic Department doctors, Dr Rakesh Grover, Dr Rupinderjit Kaur, and staff members Mrs Amandeep Kaur and Mrs Robina (Upvaid). From the Homoeopathic Department, Dr Satnam Singh Gill, Gurvinder Singh, and dispenser Vijay Kumar performed their duties, ensuring smooth and effective medical services for the patients.
