Northern Railway announces Special Trains for UP Police Exam candidates
Ferozepur, March 13, 2026: To facilitate candidates appearing in the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board examination scheduled on March 14 and 15, 2026, Northern Railway has announced the operation of special unreserved trains on selected routes.
According to the official notification, Train No. 04422/04421 will run as a special unreserved train between Ghaziabad and Moradabad on both days. The train departing from Ghaziabad will leave at 10:00 AM and reach Moradabad at 12:40 PM, halting at stations including Hapur, Gajraula Junction, and Amroha. In the return direction, the train will depart from Moradabad at 6:00 PM and arrive at Ghaziabad at 9:15 PM.
Additionally, Train No. 04548/04547 will operate between Saharanpur and Meerut City as an unreserved special train on March 14 and 15. The train from Saharanpur will depart at 1:20 PM and reach Meerut City at 3:40 PM, stopping at several stations including Tapri, Nagal, Deoband, Muzaffarnagar, Mansurpur, and Khatauli. The return train will leave Meerut City at 4:00 PM and arrive at Saharanpur at 6:20 PM.
Railway authorities stated that these special trains have been arranged to ensure smooth and convenient travel for the large number of candidates expected to appear in the examination.
