Gurugram (Haryana), June 15, 2026: A major setback came for Aam Aadmi Party leader and Punjab Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora as a court in Gurugram rejected his bail application, extending his judicial custody till June 26.
The decision was delivered after detailed arguments from both sides during the bail hearing held on June 8. The court had reserved its verdict on the same day before pronouncing the rejection order.
Arora was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on May 9 in connection with an ongoing investigation. Since then, he has remained in judicial custody while legal proceedings continue.
