  Chandigarh, January 26, 2021: Governor Punjab & Administrator UT Chandigarh VP Singh Badnore has appealed to the protesting farmers and the people of Punjab to maintain peace and harmony in the capital city. The statement of the governor came at around 10 pm through his tweet, on the on-going sensitive situation at Delhi.
  
  VP Singh Badnore tweeted, "My earnest appeal to the people of Punjab, agitating farmers and everyone to maintain peace and harmony. Punjab is a sacred land of saints Punjabis are known the world over for their bravery, sacrifice, generosity and goodness, therefore, must act as per the teachings of our great Gurus."
