  New Delhi, March 31, 204: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, while addressing a INDIA bloc mega rally in Delhi's Ramlila Maidan said that Arvind Kejriwal is not a person but an idealogy.
  
  At the Maha Rally at the Ramlila Maidan, Punjab CM and AAP leader Bhagwant Mann said, "You can arrest Arvind Kejriwal, but how will you arrest his ideology. In which jail will you send the lakhs of Kejriwals that are born in India. Arvind Kejriwal is not a person, Arvind Kejriwal is the name of an ideology... Today, the INDIA Alliance is together. But they don't want us to be together..."
  
  Attacking BJP, Mann said BJP wants to divide the country. He said that this country is not the fiefdom of one's father, it is a country of 140 crore citizens.
