Civil Aviation Minister Vipul Goel holds review meeting with senior officials

Chandigarh, November 04, 2024 - Haryana's Civil Aviation Minister Vipul Goel, while holding a meeting with senior officials of the department on Monday, directed that the departmental schemes should be completed as soon as possible and alternative arrangements should also be considered so that there is no delay in completing the work within the stipulated time.
He said the objective of the state government is to further expand the air services in the state on time and the people of the state should be able to get better air travel facilities near them.
During the meeting, Vipul Goel told the officials that before completing any work, they should make a foolproof plan for it, so that no problem is faced in future.He said we should work on schemes like promoting parajumping and aero sports in the state and increasing the number of flying clubs should also be considered.
He also told the officers that along with identifying a place for any specific work at any airport or runway, the fulfilment of the objective should also be included in the action plan so that the place is utilized properly.
In the meeting, senior officers of the department gave detailed information to Cabinet Minister Sh. Vipul Goel on the schemes related to airports/airstrips of Hisar, Ambala, Bhiwani, Karnal, Narnaul etc. through PPT.
During the meeting, ACS Sh. Sudhir Rajpal, Advisor Sh. Shekhar Vidyarthi, HCS Sh. Satish Singla, Captain RP Singh, Wing Commander Praveen Kumar DD, CEO of HADC Jaideep Balhara and other senior officers were present.
