SAD's Working Committee meeting on Nov 18

Chandigarh, November 16, 2024: Shiromani Akali Dal Working Committee President Balwinder Singh Bhundar has called an emergency meeting of the party's working committee on November 18 at 12 noon at the party's headquarters in Chandigarh.
The committee will consider the resignation given by Sukhbir Singh Badal and decide the next course of action.
It may be mentioned that the elections for the post of president, office-bearers and working committee of Shiromani Akali Dal are to be held on December 14, 2024, when the five-year term of the current House ends.
On Saturday, SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal tendered his resignation from the post of party president.
