Delhi Public International School wants to take management of Guru Harkrishan Public Schools of Delhi

Delhi Public International School Society came ahead and showed interest in managing all twelve Guru Harkrishan Public Schools in Delhi. They are also interested in infusing the funds to pay salary and arrears to retired and working teachers, if they get the management of all twelve schools. They are keenly interested in improving the infrastructure and goodwill of all twelve Guru Harkrishan Public Schools. Delhi public International school society is running hundreds of schools in India. All schools managed by Delhi public International school society are profitable.
Due to mismanagement in 12 Guru Harkrishan Public Schools managed by the Delhi Sikh Management Committee in various parts of Delhi, the schools are in huge losses. There are several reasons for mismanagement in Guru Harkrishan Public Schools managed by DSGMC i.e. favouritism, mis-use of funds, overstaffing, personal gains etc.
On this representation, Ms. Jaswant Kaur, secretary Guru Harkrishan Public School teachers welfare association welcomes the interest shown by Delhi public International school society to take over the management of schools.
The Advocates representing teachers in Delhi High court also welcomes the request of Delhi public International school society to infuse the bankrupted Guru Harkrishan Public Schools managed by DSGMC. J.S. Bedi and Kuljeet Singh Sachdeva, Advocates also suggest DSGMC to initiate talks with Delhi public school international society to handover the management of all twelve schools to them.
