Nabha (Punjab), May 24, 2025: In an inspiring interaction under the Punjab Government’s ‘School Mentorship’ program, Secretary of Information & Public Relations and Punjab Mandi Board, Ramvir, motivated students of School of Eminence, Nabha, to recognize their inner strength and chase their dreams with discipline and determination.
Calling the initiative a visionary effort by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, Ramvir emphasized the importance of nurturing curiosity and character among students.
“Curiosity is the first spark of success—ask questions, challenge yourself, and never stop learning,” he said, while urging students to stay inquisitive and consistent in their efforts.
Students shared their dreams of becoming IAS and PCS officers, to which Mr. Ramvir responded with practical life lessons. “Wake up early, make discipline your routine, and maintain a balance between academics and physical fitness,” he advised, adding that opportunities are endless—but only for those who are ready to work hard and step out of their comfort zones.
In a touching moment, Mr. Ramvir recounted a childhood memory of walking 10 km to school during a bus strike in 1991, showcasing the power of self-motivation. “That strength is what brought me here today,” he said, inspiring students to discover their own resilience.
He also assured his support for the development of the school’s heritage building and promised continued involvement in its progress.
The program was also attended by SDM Nabha Dr. Ismat Vijay Singh, Principal Ramandeep Madan, staff, and students. Principal Madan thanked the government for appointing Mr. Ramvir as a mentor, calling the interaction a valuable moment of encouragement for the students.
As the session ended, one message echoed clearly: “Your habits shape your future—choose them wisely.”
