26-year-old Punjab youth dies of heart attack in Canada

Ludhiana (Punjab), July 3, 2025: Tragedy struck the village of Dad in Ludhiana district as news came of the untimely death of Harkamal Singh Grewal, a 26-year-old youth who had moved to Canada nearly three years ago in search of better opportunities.
As per information, Harkamal, who was working as a tow truck driver, suffered a sudden heart attack shortly after dinner last night. His relatives were informed of his passing late in the night, leaving the family devastated.
The bereaved family, which includes his parents, a brother, and a sister, is now making efforts to bring his mortal remains back to India. The atmosphere in the village is one of grief and disbelief, with relatives and neighbors mourning the loss of a young life full of promise.
The family has also appealed to the government and relevant authorities to assist in the repatriation process.
