MLA Bhullar urges Youth to donate blood at 118th Bhagat Singh Birth Anniversary Camp
Ferozepur, September 28, 2025: To commemorate the 118th birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, the Youth Services Board and the Aam Aadmi Party’s Youth Wing organized a blood donation camp at Khalsa Gurdwara Sahib in Ferozepur. Ferozepur City.
MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar attended as the chief guest and urged more youths and healthy individuals to donate blood for humanitarian causes.
He said that, under the Punjab government’s initiative, blood donation camps are being held across the state to honour Bhagat Singh’s sacrifice and inspire the younger generation. “Shaheed Bhagat Singh began fighting for the nation’s freedom at a very young age and, at just 23, embraced the gallows along with his companions Rajguru and Sukhdev,” he noted.
Highlighting the purpose of the camp, Bhullar emphasized that every blood donation strengthens local blood banks and ensures timely help for those in need. He appealed to youths and able-bodied citizens to continue donating blood so that their contribution can save precious lives. Bhullar added that similar camps will be organized in the future to keep the spirit of service alive.
