MBBS Graduate Anuj Agnihotri tops UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025

New Delhi, March 6, 2026: Anuj Agnihotri from Rajasthan has secured the first rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025, setting a remarkable example for aspirants across the country.
Hailing from Rawatbhata near Kota, Anuj completed his schooling at Atomic Energy Central School Rawatbhata, where he scored 94 per cent in Class 12. A bright student throughout his academic career, he went on to pursue an MBBS degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur.
After completing his medical studies in 2023, Anuj dedicated himself fully to preparing for the civil services examination. His perseverance paid off in his third attempt, when he secured the top rank in one of India’s most competitive examinations.
Anuj’s father, K. B. Agnihotri, works at the Rajasthan Atomic Power Station, while his mother Manju Agnihotri is a homemaker.
Prior to this achievement, Anuj had already been selected for the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services cadre. His success story is now inspiring thousands of UPSC aspirants across the country who aim to achieve their dreams through dedication and discipline.
