  Chandigarh, March 8, 2026: Fulfilling a major promise made to the women folk, all Adult women will get Rs. 1000 per month and SC women will get Rs. 1500 per month. Finance Minister Harpal Cheema has kept Rs. 9300 crore in budget for 2026-27 for the same.
  
  All MPs/MLAs and Income Tax filing women will not get this facility.
