‘I Didn’t Run’: Laljit Bhullar says he surrendered— Read what he said on his arrest

Chandigarh, March 23, 2026: Former Punjab Cabinet minister and AAP leader Laljit Singh Bhullar has claimed that he surrendered before the police, while denying allegations that he had absconded.
In a statement shared on social media, Bhullar said he has not fled and remains in Punjab, dismissing rumours circulating about his whereabouts.
“I am never one to run away from the truth. I have full faith in the law of the country and unwavering faith in the judicial system,” he said.
He further stated that, believing in truth and justice, he would surrender and present himself at Mandi Gobindgarh.
