  Chandigarh, April 2, 2026: Khushbaz Singh Jattana, a senior leader of the Congress party who had contested the Punjab Assembly elections twice from Talwandi Sabo, has lost his life in a horrific road accident.
  
  According to the information received, the accident took place near Panipat in Haryana, where his car had a high-impact collision with a truck, resulting in his death. The condition of his gunman and driver is also reported to be critical.
