Breaking: Dubai’s Guru Nanak Darbar Gurudwara reopens; Daily timings announced
Babushahi Bureau
Dubai (UAE), April 2026: The Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar in Dubai has officially reopened after a brief temporary closure that was implemented due to security concerns and administrative directives.
Earlier, the management had announced a shutdown of the premises, citing compliance with government instructions and prioritising the safety of devotees and staff. The sudden closure had temporarily disrupted daily religious activities and gatherings at one of the most prominent Sikh places of worship in the region.
However, in a fresh update, the Gurudwara management has now confirmed that it is open again for devotees.
In its latest statement, the Gurudwara authorities said:
“We are happy to announce that Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar is open daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The last entry will be allowed at 5:30 pm.”
Devotees have been requested to follow the updated timings and cooperate with the management to ensure smooth arrangements for darshan and religious services.
