Vipin Garg, Distt Convenor, SJM vows to take Swadeshi campaign to every village
Ferozepur, July 5, 2026: The newly appointed District Convenor, Swadeshi Jagran Manch, Vipin Garg pledged to intensify the Swadeshi movement across Ferozepur district by taking its message to every village and section of society.
Social worker and active Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) volunteer Vipin Garg has been appointed as the District Convenor of Swadeshi Jagran Manch. The announcement was made by senior office-bearers of the organisation on the second day of the Punjab Provincial Ideological Camp held in Jalandhar.
Expressing gratitude to the organisation's leadership after his appointment, Vipin Garg said he would discharge the responsibility with complete dedication, sincerity, and commitment.
He said a large-scale awareness campaign would be launched to promote the use of indigenous products, encourage self-reliance, and strengthen the Indian economy. The campaign will reach schools, colleges, trade bodies, industries, and various social organisations to create greater awareness about the importance of supporting locally made products.
Emphasising the significance of the movement, Garg said adopting Swadeshi is not merely an economic necessity but also a matter of national interest and social responsibility. He particularly appealed to the youth to give preference to indigenous products and actively support local manufacturers.
On the occasion, he expressed his gratitude to Swadeshi Jagran Manch's national and state leadership, including Akhil Bharatiya Sangathak Kashmiri Lal, Organisation Minister for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir Vinay Kumar, State Convenor Neha Sethi, State Publicity Head Arun Berry, and other senior office-bearers for reposing faith in him. He assured them that he would work tirelessly to fulfil the organisation's mission and live up to their expectations.
