Three Senior Indian Railways officers appointed to top leadership posts

New Delhi, July 28, 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of three senior Indian Railways officers as General Managers and Director General under the 2026 panel.
According to the official order, Dimpy Garg (IRSME: 1990) has been appointed as the General Manager of East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur.
Vivek Khare (IRSME: 1989) has been named the General Manager of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), Guwahati.
Meanwhile, Richa Khare (IRAS: 1992) has been appointed as the Director General of the Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM), Secunderabad.
