Spa Centre Owner, Manager among nine booked under Immoral Traffic Act In Ferozepur
Ferozepur, August 10, 2026: Ferozepur Police have registered a case under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, against the owner and Manager of a Spa Centre and several others for allegedly running a prostitution racket under the guise of providing spa services.
According to the report, the case was registered on August 9 on the basis of information received from a reliable source. The police were informed that the owner of a spa centre located in the Housing Board Colony area of Ferozepur city was allegedly calling men and women to the centre in the name of providing spa services and was facilitating immoral activities for financial gain.

Acting on the information, police conducted a raid at the spa centre. During the operation, several persons allegedly involved in the activities were apprehended.
The accused include Amit, stated to be the owner of the Spa centre, Chandan Arora, its manager, and several other men and women from Ferozepur, Patiala, Panipat and Delhi. The report states that accused Nos. 2 to 9 have been arrested, while the arrest of the Spa Centre owner is reportedly pending.
Sukhwinder Singh, DSP said, the case has been registered on the report of Gurmeet Singh police official, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the complete network and activities being carried out from the premises.
