Breaking: SGPC delegation visits Pakistan Embassy to discuss issues concerning Sikhs

Pakistan, August 18, 2026: A delegation of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) on Tuesday visited the Pakistan Embassy to discuss issues concerning the Sikh community in Pakistan.
The delegation was led by SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami. Delhi Shiromani Akali Dal president Paramjit Singh Sarna and former Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee president Manjit Singh GK were also present during the meeting.
The delegation discussed various issues related to Sikhs in Pakistan and matters concerning the Sikh community and its religious institutions there. The meeting focused on issues affecting Sikhs in Pakistan and the need to address their concerns through appropriate channels.
