The News papers, June, 18th 2016 published a central Govt notice, titled, "Special Investigation Team (1984 Sikh Riots). The SIT (1984-Riots) constituted by MHA, Govt. of India inter-alia "to re investigate appropriately serious criminal cases filed in the National Capital of Delhi relating to 1984-Riots", have so far identified the following (22) cases for further investigations. Mr Arvind Kejriwal-CM-ND, on 20th June, 2016, in his release, declared that Centres SIT on, 1984 SIKH MASSACRES AN EYEWASH". He narrated sequence for BJP insincerity by connecting AAP intent, FEB 2015 with that of failed BJP notification August 2015, leading to another eye wash exercise now June 2016!

Many a thousand innocent Sikh lives were consumed by Tragedy- 1984, allegedly anchored by Congress, who further obstructed justice mechanism to the victim families in the last 32 years.  The Congress- Indira, under leadership of Mr Rajiv Gandhi family & friends, allegedly patronized many anti social gang mentality elements, but other than Muslim/Christians, living primarily in & around Hindi Indian belt such as; UP, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, MP etc for organised killing of innocent Sikh community  in November 1984.

The Executive Magistracy, Police, Judiciary, engaged in a democratic frame work to regulate LAW & ORDER for JUSTICE orientation surrendered their conscious & Morality by obeying the illegal command of congress M.P.'s, legislators, leaders, counselors etc. Delhi Police failed on maintenance of LAW & ORDER neither constructed EVIDENCE against culprit politicians. The INDIAN JUDICIAL management many a times, displayed suo motto concern in protection of human rights and took cognizance of the faulty events, seeking answer from the Governance, but on TRAGEDY-1984, they collectively at all court levels of India, slept mystically on organised Sikh massacres. Their silence further endorsed the Tragedy without its legal surgeries as- "RIOTS", facilitating protective umbrella to the criminals- killers and denied Justice to the victim families. The Congress supported bureaucratic apparatus, faithfully helped each other colleagues so that none could be brought to the court of justice, resulting in unblemished retirements of suspects during last 32 years.

The sensitivity of Sikh leaders in politics can be judged from the Press statement of an eminent Sikh face, which took position that there was no "CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE" against a senior congress politician, namely Mr Kamal Nath, suspected being one of the co organizers, Sikhs Massacres -1984. He failed to acknowledge that the absence of substantive- missing evidence, if so, reflect failure & conspiracy of Politically controlled Executive authorities in Police, who became party by none performance of statuary constitutional duties. The state, through Police was duty bound to construct procedural documentation against criminals for being EVIDENCE before the court of law. Therefore, absence of desired evidence may not absolve criminal conduct of politicians, those seen and believed for their role in Massacres 1984.  

Thus the Akali Sikh leadership also appears guilty to some extent, which carried on just symbolic electoral ritual protest but Sikh Congress leaders never questioned honestly, GOI for fixing accountability for JUSTICE to the VICTIM families. The most PROTEST actions by them, alleged to have been for individualistic Politics. They played with emotional & physical Sikh losses without time bound objectively, neither came out with ULTIMATE road map. They could have constituted a platform for legal-Political actions for JUSTICE-1984. A certain SIKH segments rightly hold belief that AKALIS & CONGRESS, are co responsible for conditions of TRAGEDY-1984, by virtue of many irresponsible-immature, ideas allowed to be incubated under divided groups; B-T-M-J-L etc.

The background narrated above, although, emotionally painful, but happens to be reality history of Sikh life, now captivated in India geographies. The BJP after governance for 2 years, has come out with ritual exercise for revisit 1984, ordering another 11_12 or 13th, commission, as SIT for fact findings on killed records. The Sikh Diaspora may have to understand in between the picture, brought before them, how good or bad, the BJP & CONGRESS are despite the unconditional SIKH (Akali) support to them. What best so called (fake BJP -Akali Dal friendship) has in store to address 1984 genocide Sikh massacres on loss of so many thousands, is, the dramatic re look on just 22 cases, but otherwise preparing a false face value, eyeing Politics in Punjab elections 2017?

Therefore, Sikh civilization living in Punjab or in other India & on different global locations, may have to believe the displayed picture for last 32 years, that arrogant BHARAT continue to be UNAPOLOGETIC for their CONDUCT-1984. India ethically is not near even 5% of USA-CANADA, who were not hesitant for open public apologies, and admitted humanly fault lines of their society when (SIKHS) minorities got hurt, but the Indian Politics make all out effort to hide & shield the unethical conduct of the culprit citizens, neither display genuine regrets. Unfortunately, the Sikh civilization (accidentally) got clubbed with many an undesirable civilization, practicing different values and were under developed states of India by 1947, having been exploited for ages under Mughal & British ERA. Resultant, more than half of the population continue on the poverty side, fighting hunger & shelter pains. The ETHICAL VALUES in central HINDI- Hindustan hurt Sikhs, the most in 1984, thus displayed their basics being unethical-Sick mind & is in critical stage. The majority South-East-West states otherwise succeeded to limit the 84-Sikh loss.

On getting back to the (dramatic) notice published by GOI inviting unproductive feedback on 22 listed pending cases in N. Delhi, referred related to 1984-RIOTS, the G.O.P. apart from legal response must QUESTION for use of incorrect language, seeking immediate amendments on the title. They may have to bring out formal notification that the tragedy 1984, must not be referred "RIOTS" but to admitted actual conditions, an "Organised 1984 Sikh Massacres". A Legal luminary agreed in principal that interpretation for certain dictionary words many a times brought major impact on decision makings of the judiciary, like an award of punishment; "HANG" got replaced with amendments for "HANG TILL DEATH" while scripting subsequent decisions. Therefore, inserted terminology,"1984 RIOTS" unless not referred correctly, may continue diluting the TRAGEDY in legal sense, to protect the culprits?  

Therefore, Republic of Punjab may wish to complement the political boldness displayed by AAP on referring, "MASSACRES BEING MASSACRES" on the lines earlier only non Sikh, Mr. Vir Singhvi in the year 2005 expressed boldly by writing ….that the -1984-were not being “anti Sikh Riots”  in fact it was…. “A MASSACRE”, while paying tributes in Hindustan Times 2005, but Sikh Politicians continues fighting each other or behaving lame duck character for personal political goals and failing for honest presentations of community pain. We may APPEAL before the GOP through MEDIA & SIKH community, that the legally incorrect, mischievously inserted "1984- RIOTS" may at least officially be corrected by appropriate notification by the government for writing "Organised Sikh Massacres-1984" but not RIOTS. 

The Central & Punjab Government, as evident from above also continue disregard/disrespect by writing in all official communications, "1984 -RIOTS" & not using painfully truthful language. Punjab state may also convey GOI & the Media, debarring -1984 TRAGEDY not to be addressed as RIOTS but factual damage, "Organised Sikh Massacres 1984". This may be a small obituary gesture towards those crucified in democracy of New India ......?????
