Captain To File Nominations From Lambi On January 18
Chandigarh , January 2017 : PCC president Captain Amarinder Singh , without waiting for the approval of party high command , today announced that he will file his nomination papers from Lambi on January 18 , 2017 . Amarinder Singh tweeted , " While a formal announcement is awaited from AICC, I'm ready to file my nomination from Lambi on the 18th.See you all there! "
It may be recalled that Amarinder in an earlier tweet today announced his decision to contest from Lambi against CM Punjab Parkash Singh Badal and had sought the permission of party high command for this .Captain's tweets indicate that the high command have already decided to field captain from Lambi.
