PSEB to organize Punjabi Boli Olympiad, registration open; Details Inside

Chandigarh, September 27: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the launch of the Punjab Boli Olympiad-2025, a state-wide initiative aimed at promoting the Punjabi language and culture among school students.
Highlighting Punjabi as the mother tongue and a symbol of cultural identity, the Board said the Olympiad will provide students with a platform to showcase their skills in speech, essay writing, debate, poetry recitation, storytelling, and quiz contests. The initiative seeks to strengthen linguistic pride and inspire youth to connect more deeply with their heritage.
Key Details of Punjab Boli Olympiad 2025:
- Online Registration: August 18 to October 31, 2025
- Mock Test: November 10, 2025
- Final Test: December 6, 2025

- Second Prize – ₹7,100 (1 student)
- Third Prize – ₹5,100 (8 students)
Dr. Amar Pal Singh, Chairman of PSEB, said the Olympiad would serve as a milestone in preserving and promoting Punjabi for future generations. He urged students, teachers, and parents to actively participate, stressing that Punjabi is not just a language but also an identity and cultural pride.
With strong participation expected across Punjab, the Punjab Boli Olympiad-2025 is set to become a statewide cultural and educational movement, reinforcing the importance of Punjabi as a living language of heritage and global identity.
