PSPCL Issues Nodal Complaint Cell Numbers for Mohali Area
Consumers Can Dial these numbers in addition to centralized complaint cell 1912

In its endeavour to serve its consumers in a better way, the PSPCL has issued Contact Numbers of Nodal Complaint Cells functional in Mohali area to lodge supply related grievances.
Divulging the details, Senior Executive Engineer, Operation Divison (Special), PSPCL Mohali, Tranjit Singh informed that various ways of registration of complaints have been provided by the PSPCL to its Consumers. Consumers can register the complaints by contacting the phone numbers of Nodal Complaint Centers created under Operation Divison (Special) Mohali.
Classifying the Area wise, the Senior Executive Engineer said that Mobile No (Nodal Complaint Center-1) 96461-15973 can be contacted for Phase-1 to Phase-6 Mohali (Residential and Commerical), Villages Mohali, Balongi, Daun, Badmajra, Green Enclave, 36 West and Nearby Villages, Mullanpur, Nayagaon, New Chandigarh, Sec-125, Sec-126 Mohali.
Similarly, Nodal Complaint Center-2 with contact number 96461-19214 is being catered to the consumer of Phase-7 to Phase-11 Mohali (Residential And Industrial Area), Mataur, Sec-48 C, Sec-76 to 113 Mohali, Sohana, Village Saneta, Bhagomajra, Kambali, Kumbra, Swara, Chadiala and IT City.
Besides, the PSPCL Consumers can also register their complaints through Consumer Service App of the PSPCL and can also check the current status of the feeder through which supply is given to the particular area of the consumer. They can also contact toll free number 1912 for registration of the complaint.
