Tejinder Singh Bhatia Conferred 'Chandigarh Eminence Award 2025' by Punjab Governor

Chandigarh, July 7, 2025: Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria honoured entrepreneur Tejinder Singh Bhatia with the Chandigarh Eminence Award 2025 for his remarkable contributions to the real estate sector and impactful social initiatives. Bhatia, the Managing Director of Sukham Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., was recognised for driving innovation in urban development and bringing about positive change in the region.
Expressing his gratitude, Bhatia said, “This is a proud and humbling moment. The award motivates me to continue delivering innovative, customer-centric projects that contribute meaningfully to the region’s growth.”
Bhatia’s flagship project Aeropolis City in Mohali has emerged as a benchmark for integrated urban planning in North India. Spanning 134 acres, the township includes residential, commercial, and industrial zones, with 55% of the area dedicated to green spaces and equipped with modern smart infrastructure.
Beyond real estate, Bhatia’s group has also been actively involved in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, supporting campaigns in education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
