Transfer Orders of Mohali ADJ Hardip Singh Cancelled

In a significant administrative decision, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has cancelled the transfer and posting of Additional District and Sessions Judge Hardip Singh.
As per an official order issued by the High Court, the earlier decision dated April 23, 2026, regarding the transfer of Hardip Singh, who was posted at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), has been withdrawn.
The order stated that the posting of the judicial officer to the Exclusive Special Court designated for the trial of cases investigated by the National Investigation Agency at S.A.S. Nagar will now be treated as cancelled.
