UPSC declares Indian Forest Service (Prelims) 2025 Results

New Delhi, June 11, 2025:The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination 2025, held on May 25, 2025, as part of the Civil Services (Prelims) Examination.
Candidates who have cleared the screening test can now proceed to the next stage — the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2025.
The roll numbers of the qualified candidates have been published on the official UPSC website: www.upsc.gov.in. The candidature remains provisional, subject to the submission of required documents and details during the application process for the Mains examination.
Key Information for Qualified Candidates:
From June 16 to June 25, 2025, candidates must:
- Pay a fee of ₹200 (except for fee-exempt categories such as Female, PwBD, SC/ST candidates).
- Submit/update details for Scribe, Assistive Devices, or Large Font Question Paper, if applicable.
- Upload a Gazette Notification if there's a name change or mismatch in documentation.
Final Results and Answer Keys:
UPSC clarified that the cut-off marks, answer keys, and candidate scores for the screening test will be published only after the final results of both the Indian Forest Service and Civil Services Examinations 2025 are declared.
