Punjab Panchayat Polls: SAD to hold massive protest against AAP on Oct 10, says Sukhbir Badal

Chandigarh, October 8, 2024: Shiromani Akal Dal (SAD) Sukhbir Singh Badal participated in a huge protest at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Shri Muktsar Sahib against the cancellation of nomination papers of Shiromani Akali Dal workers in Panchayat elections informed that the party will hold huge protest in Gidarbaha against AAP on October 10.
"The district administration has been given an ultimatum to amend the lists of candidates and register criminal cases against the accused officers. On October 10th, Shiromani Akali Dal will hold a huge protest in Gidarbaha against the murder of democracy by Aam Aadmi Party," said Sukhbir Badal.
"This is the first time in the history of Punjab that a ruling party has decided to suppress the voice of the opposition. Shiromani Akali Dal is going to reach Punjab and Haryana High Court in this regard," he added.
