Ludhiana (Punjab), June 11, 2025: Rajya Sabha MP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for the Ludhiana (West) Assembly by-election, Sanjeev Arora, visited Shri Guru Ram Das Charitable Hospital in Harnam Nagar on Wednesday.
He was accompanied by Punjab Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar, MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu, Municipal Councillor Gurkaran Singh Tinna, and Managing Committee Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha (Harnam Nagar) president Gurmeet Singh Saluja.
During the visit, Arora toured the hospital premises and praised the charitable healthcare services being provided by the Gurdwara committee, particularly for the underprivileged sections of society.
He underlined the importance of strengthening grassroots healthcare infrastructure and highlighted the state's achievement in establishing nearly 900 Mohalla Clinics under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, delivering free primary healthcare to lakhs daily.
Arora stated that Ludhiana has seen remarkable development in the past three years and called upon the public to vote in large numbers in the upcoming bypoll.
“A higher voter turnout will ensure a stronger mandate and speedier development,” he said, urging Ludhiana (West) residents to set a record with enthusiastic participation.
Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar echoed Arora’s appeal, urging voters to support the AAP candidate for the continuation of welfare schemes and infrastructure development in the region.
