Badal (Sri Muktsar Sahib), April 30, 2023: Prominent personalities including Union Minister Anurag Thakur and former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today reached Badal, the native village of former Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal patron Parkash Singh Badal.
The leaders expressed condolence to Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal and his family.
Anurag Thakur said in a meeting with Sukhbir Singh Badal that Sardar Parkash Singh Badal was the greatest politician in the country whose demise has not only caused a great loss to the family of Punjab but also to the country.
He said that Sardar Badal was an institution in himself that guided countless people of the country and inspired them to work for the welfare of society.
