Ludhiana (Punjab), May 10, 2025: In a show of patriotic fervour and solidarity with the Indian armed forces, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora, who is also the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) candidate for the upcoming Ludhiana (West) assembly bypoll, has updated his campaign hoardings across the city to highlight the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’.
The new hoardings, prominently displayed at key locations such as Bhai Bala Chowk, near Khalsa College for Women, and in the vicinity of Rose Garden, carry a bold message: “Pakistani atank noon moonh tod jawab – I salute our armed forces for Operation Sindoor – Sanjeev Arora, MP Rajya Sabha.” These updated displays have replaced earlier campaign materials and are intended to reflect Arora’s support for national security efforts and the bravery of the Indian military.
‘Operation Sindoor’ has recently captured the nation’s attention due to its success in neutralizing cross-border threats. Political figures and citizens alike have been quick to express their appreciation for the armed forces’ actions. Arora’s public acknowledgment through these hoardings is being seen as a mark of respect.
Arora said “The moment I heard about the success of Operation Sindoor, I felt a strong urge to do something meaningful to honour our armed forces. Replacing the hoardings was an immediate and visible way to express my respect and gratitude. The brave armed forces risk their lives to keep us safe, and their courage deserves recognition beyond words. I don’t want the focus to remain on my poll campaign—this is the time to let the nation’s pride take centre stage.”
Adding, he said the new hoardings are a heartfelt salute to the courage of Indian soldiers, adding, "Operation Sindoor is a proud moment for every Indian. Through these hoardings, I want to express my deep gratitude and unwavering support for our brave soldiers who protect the nation with unmatched courage. This is not just about politics—it’s about standing firmly with our armed forces."
